GENERAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Wednesday, 9/14

* set-up from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

* Exhibit Hall OPEN:  2:00 pm -5:00 pm

 

Thursday, 9/15

* Exhibit Hall OPEN:  10:30 am - 4:00 pm

* tear down - 4:01 pm - 8:00 pm

 

Booth prices include the following:

• 8’ high back drape
• 3’ high side drape
• (1) 6’ draped table    
• (2) padded side chairs
• (1) wastebasket       
• (1) one-line booth ID sign with booth number
• Electronic Delivery of the Advance Registration List
• Two Full Conference Registration for each booth space*
 
*Please use Exhibitor Personnel Registration Form included in the guide.
 
 
Carpeting:
Carpeting will be provided.
 
Booth Rental Fees: 
Per Booth Space-adjoining booths may be combined to create larger exhibit area
 
 
Hyatt Exhibit Hall (8’ x 10' booth)             $2,150 Members         $3,750 Non-Members
           
Cancellation & Refunds: Every effort will be made to assign you the booth(s) you select. Notice of cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association. Refunds, less a 15% administrative fee, will be made only upon sale of your booth space. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 30 days prior to NEMBC. 

 

DeMers Exposition Services: DeMers Exposition Services has been hired as the Show Management Decorators. Upon receipt of your exhibitor contract, you will receive an Exhibitor Service Manual from DeMers, which will include forms for ordering phone lines, electricity, shipping and more.

Exhibit Booth assignments will be determined in date order from when we received your exhibit space application. You will be notified of your booth assignment.
