The Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Foundations, Inc. (MMBF) was organized in 2004 for the purpose of providing grants that would be utilized towards the development of education and promotion of affordable housing within Massachusetts. Its goal is to aid and assist in creating opportunity for low to moderate income borrowers to realize the dream of homeownership and to assist residents of the Commonwealth with stable and sustainable housing options.
