Part 4 (May 15th): How to Navigate Affordable Lending Sales -Operational Best Practices (9:30 AM -Noon)
We know that there are several options available for down payment assistance and closing cost assistance. Many of our top-producing loan originators and lenders can even combine assistance. But how do you do it? What are the steps that both loan originators and operations must coordinate to make this happen? What are the resources available to you? Did you know that each town/city has a process to certify income that your borrower must go thorough? This panel discussion is geared for both originators and internal processing/underwriters/closing staff to find out what needs to happen to process and close these loans using multiple sources for assistance.
