Thank you for considering being an exhibitor at the 23rd Annual New England Mortgage Banking Conference, September 15 -17th, 2010, in Providence, RI. Please read this letter carefully for important information in preparing to exhibit. Also, you will receive additional information under separate cover from Brede Exposition Services, the official exhibit hall decorators.
The exhibit hall will be located on Level 5 in the ballroom of the Rhode Island Convention Center. The ballroom has 23-foot ceilings and both internet and electric are available. Each exhibit is 10' x 10'.
Booth Selections:
Please indicate your first, second and third choice for booth locations. Booth locations will be decided based upon application date. You will be contacted regarding your booth selection within one week of your application.
Exhibitor Personnel Registrations:
No one will be admitted into the Exhibit Hall without the appropriate badge. Once you have submitted your exhibit space application, you may register exhibit booth personnel to attend NEMBC. Each attendee will receive a confirmation number as well as hotel reservation information in order to book their room. Exhibitor registrations include all conference events with the exception of Wednesday’s separately ticketed activities (golf) which may be purchased at an additional cost.
Each exhibit booth space includes two (2) full conference badges and two (2) complimentary one-day passes. NEMBC staff will register your complimentary conference attendees.

Sponsorship:
Sponsorships for marketplace events as well as other conference events is your company's opportunity to participate in one of the nation's premiere mortgage lending conference. Reach over 12500 mortgage lending professionals, including key decision makers who attend this major annual event. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged in the official NEMBC Program Guide, by signage at your sponsored event (or logo on your sponsored product) and on the MMBA/NEMBC website www.massmba.com. Sponsorship opportunities are listed in the NEMBC Conference Booklet and on our website, www.massmba.com.
Security:
Security will be provided from 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday until 10:00 A.M. on Thursday. Exhibitors will be allowed to bring materials into the marketplace during these hours, however, nothing may be removed. For further information regarding security, please refer to Item 9 in the exhibitor's contract included in the NEMBC Conference Booklet.
Electricity & Internet:
A special Power Request Form and information regarding telephone lines will be included in the Exhibitor's Kit from Brede Expo Services.
Freight:
We urge you to use Brede Expo Services for all shipping of freight. The NEMBC, MMBA and the Rhode Island Convention Center will not be responsible for any freight not shipped by Brede Expo Services. You will be receiving your Exhibitor Kit from Brede Expo Services shortly.
Insurance:
As an exhibitor, you may wish to arrange for fire, theft and liability insurance. Please contact your insurance agent to do so at your expense. The NEMBC, MMBA, Brede Expo Services and the Rhode Island Convention Center are not liable for damages or injuries incurred during the Conference.
Cancellation & Refunds:
Every effort will be made to assign you the booth(s) selected. Notice for cancellations and requests must be made in writing to the MMBA office at address listed above. Refunds, less a 15% administrative fee, will be made only upon the resale of your booth. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 30 days prior to NEMBC.
