I am currently a Mortgage Servicing Specialist with Digital Federal Credit Union. I joined DCU in the call center as an Information Center Specialist back in June of 2018. My transition to the mortgage department happened in the Spring of 2020 as an intern with our Mortgage Operations mostly assisting with closing/post-closing tasks. I returned back in 2021 assisting on the servicing side of mortgages. That fall I became part of the team, and over the next 3 years I continue to dedicate my time helping to improve processes and assisting borrowers with their servicing needs. I enjoy learning and widening my skill set, continuously searching to grow professionally. I’ve always been intrigued by the process of homeownership and all that goes into it. I have my bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in MIS from Southern New Hampshire University. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, friends and family. |
