Catherine Becerra
Secondary Market Team Member
DCU- Digital Federal Credit Union

Catherine Becerra is a Secondary Markets Team Member at Digital Federal Credit Union. She began her career in the mortgage industry in 2015, holding positions in loss mitigation and processing. Catherine prides herself on her ability to learn quickly and provide efficiencies for her team.

Catherine has a passion for learning as she finishes her bachelor’s degree at Worcester State University. She is part of the Sigma Beta Delta honor society for students in business, management, and administration at Worcester State University.

When not in the office, Catherine enjoys spending time with her friends, family, fiancé, and husky. Catherine is excited to see what the future holds.

Justin Raymond Coscia
Residential Lending & Technology Consultant

Justin Raymond Coscia is a Residential Lending & Technology Consultant at Spillane Consulting Associates, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2012, Justin has had the opportunity to grow a diverse skill set focused on the mortgage banking industry and the technology that drives it. Over this time, Justin has developed relationships with a large network of clients and partners across New England and beyond. Justin has worked on a wide range of engagements with topics including regulatory compliance, quality control, workflow and technology review, software implementation and administration, and secondary market operations.

Justin attended Boston College High School and The University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is an avid Boston sports fan, reader, writer, and skier. His family and faith are of the upmost importance to him.

Andrew Edwards
Financial Analyst I
Residential Mortgage Services, Inc.

Andrew began his career in the mortgage industry in 2016 with Residential Mortgage Services in South Portland Maine. After working in operations as a Closer, Andrew transitioned into Finance where he currently works in the FP&A department as a Financial Analyst. Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and Master’s in Business Administration from Endicott College.

When not in the office, Andrew enjoys skiing and spending time with family and friends.

Ashley Flynn
Senior Loan Processor
Bridgewater Savings Bank

Ashley Flynn is a Senior Loan Processor in the Residential Lending Department of Bridgewater Savings Bank. She joined the bank in 2012 as a part-time teller and worked her way up in the bank to the lending department in 2016 as a loan processor. This past year she was promoted to Senior Loan Processor. Ashley is always willing to learn and likes to find ways to make a process more efficient. She hopes to become a mortgage underwriter in the near future.

She is a graduate from Bridgewater State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and loves to participate in as many volunteer services as she can.

Ingrid Han
Quality Assurance Associate
Embrace Home Loans, Inc

Ingrid Han is a Quality Assurance Associate at Embrace Home Loans, Inc. She joined the company in 2017 as a Junior Compliance Analyst and has since been instrumental in the transition to a new document provider on a multi-state level as well as serving as a liaison between Embrace and State Examiners.

Ingrid began her career in the mortgage industry three years ago as a Title Specialist, learning many aspects of clearing title for insurance purposes, including researching, reviewing records and curating prior liens. Her accuracy and attention to detail was recognized with the Superior Quality Award in 2016.

Ingrid is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, and is fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese. She was a competitive chess player for 11 years which gave her the opportunity to travel to many countries and earn her title of Woman International Master.

Thomas Ireland
Mortgage Operations Assistant Manager
DCU – Digital Federal Credit Union

Since joining DCU in 2011, Tom has performed a variety of roles. He initially worked in Loan Servicing before being promoted to Visa Team Leader in 2013. After bringing EMV chip technology to the Credit Union’s plastic card portfolio, he joined the Mortgage Department in 2017 as a System Specialist. His success in a support role saw him promoted again in 2018 to supervise the Mortgage Technology and Secondary Market Teams. Within a year, he was promoted to Mortgage Services Assistant Manager. In his free time, he volunteers at local outdoor recreation areas and is an active musician/event promoter in the Southern New England area.

Morgan Sebastian
Processing Manager
Shamrock Home Loans

Morgan Sebastian is the Processing Manager at Shamrock Home Loans. Her team serves loan officers, referral partners and clients in keeping everyone “excited from contract to keys”. Morgan got her start working part-time for Shamrock during her high school years. Upon graduating from Stony Brook University in 2014 she joined SHL full time as a pre-processor and support team member. Her attention to detail, passion for people and work ethic led her to Department Manager in 2017. Morgan and her husband Nick enjoy all things Boston sports (with their dog, Fenway) and are expecting their first child in August.
